Seat Upgrade System
This adaptation of our popular Seat Relocation Management System (SRMS) is designed for the seat upgrade process. The system allows season ticket holders (in priority order) to view specific options of available seat locations and make a change, if desired. The selections are stored in a central database and transferred via csv file for import into a CRM system or in real time in coordination with your ticketing system. Seats that have been released will immediately become available on the site for others to select.
An administration page allows staff to control availability shown on the site and season ticket holder access to the system. The Seat Upgrade System has proven to be both a convenience for account holders and a revenue generator for our clients.
