Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui”) and Ballena Technologies, Inc. (“Ballena”) has agreed to provide realistic interactive apartment visualizations using Seats3D technology. Ballena will provide online apartment gallery system to the project of Plea Garden (Developer: Mitsui and Orix real estate corporation).

The technology uses high-resolution 3D computer-generated models viewable at low speed Internet connections with no plug-in software required. 'Seats3D' (www.seats3d.com) allows potential buyers to interact with an overview image of Plea Garden apartment and drill down into specific floor and unit overhead views and each room panoramic views. Multiple 90°-360° interactive views from each room allow potential customers to preview inside the rooms of the not-yet-built apartment. Potential customers can then make contact online with the Plea Garden sales team.

Ballena also provides the administration website for Plea Garden. Sales team can manage price, utilities, viewable units and color select options. Website access data can be collected on the administration website and using the data the sales team can analyze the popularity of each room for deciding sales and marketing strategy.

"The ultimate goal of our technology is to help our clients reach their sales and marketing objectives in an innovative and effective way. In most cases our US clients experience a significant increase in traffic to their web site as a result of their 3D seat locator as well as a reported increase in customer satisfaction with the ticket-buying process. We are confident that Mitsui will see similar results. We look forward to expanding this relationship and growing our business in Japan," stated Richard H. Sherratt, CEO of Ballena Technologies.
