Wrigley Field Premium Ticket Services, LLC. is a licensed Illinois ticket broker that purchases tickets from the Chicago Cubs for resale. We hope to offer tickets to other events soon. Both Premium and the Cubs are owned by Chicago Baseball Holdings.
Wrigley Field Premium Ticket Services is located at 3721 N. Clark St. Our office is located in the building just north of the Clark and Waveland intersection. See our map on the Contact Us page.
Club Boxes are the seats that are within the first ten rows of the field. Field Boxes are behind the Club Box seats, located between rows 11 and 25 from the field. The Bleachers are located in the outfield and are general admission seats. There are no specific seat locations in the Bleachers; seating is first-come, first-served basis.
The City of Chicago requires an amusement tax of 9% on the difference between the face value of a ticket and the price paid to the ticket broker. For purchases from Wrigley Field Premium Ticket Services, LLC. the 9% will be shown on your receipt.
Tickets can be purchased in two different ways:
- With a credit card by calling our offices between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
- Customers may also visit our offices at 3721 N. Clark St. and purchase tickets with cash or credit card.
Tickets can be picked up in person at our offices at 3721 N. Clark St. during normal business hours. Any tickets not picked up during normal business hours will be left at the courtesy drop-off window #13 at Wrigley Field on the day of the game you purchased. If you want the tickets in advance, you can pay for the tickets to be sent to you via Federal Express. Wrigley Field Premium Ticket Services, LLC. is not responsible for tickets lost by mail.
Yes. If a game is rained out or canceled, you will receive a refund, less a 10% service fee, provided you return the tickets and receipt in person or by mail. If mailing tickets in for a refund, you should send the tickets to: Wrigley Field Premium Ticket Services, LLC. 3721 N. Clark St. Chicago, IL 60613. We are not responsible for tickets lost by mail. The person who purchased the tickets will be refunded in the form of a check.
• After payment is received there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, except as noted in our refund policy. All mailing and delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.
• Confirm your seat location and price before completing your purchase.

Wrigley Field Premium Ticket Services, LLC. and customer agree arbitration held in Chicago, Illinois pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, is the customers exclusive remedy for any disputes and there shall be no right to arbitrate any claim as a class action. Arbitration is governed by Illinois law. By accepting delivery of the tickets, customer accepts the foregoing terms of agreement.
